Mac@Xa

Refund policy

If it turns out not to suit you, take your money back within 30 days and skip the explanation. Holding on to the money of someone who regrets paying does nobody any good.

30 days, no questions asked

Within 30 days of your purchase, ask and you get the full amount back. You do not have to prove the software is broken, fill in a survey, or give a reason if you would rather not.

Your statutory 14-day right stays intact

Where the law gives buyers of digital goods a 14-day right to cancel — the European Union, for instance — that right is untouched by this policy. Our 30-day promise is wider than the law requires; it does not replace it.

How to ask

Send one line to info@macxa.app with the email you bought with, or the order number. That is enough. If you feel like it, tell us what fell short — we read it to fix things, not to argue with you.

How long it takes

We confirm within two working days and issue the refund straight after. The money returns to the original payment method, which usually adds another 5-10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer — that stretch is out of our hands.

After the refund

The licence stops being valid and you should remove Mac@Xa from your machines. None of your data sits with us, so there is nothing on our side to delete; the ID and 6-digit code disappear when you remove the app.

A few exceptions

We may decline where there is clear abuse: repeated buy-and-refund cycles by the same person, a refund requested after the licence key has been shared around, or a transaction flagged as fraudulent by the payment provider. Negotiated volume licences follow the contract you signed.

Not bought yet, want to try

Pre-release builds are free, so there is nothing to refund. Write to us if you would like to hear when licences go on sale.
