We usually reply within a few working days. For a bug report, include your macOS version, the mode you were in and what you did just before it broke. With those three we can usually find it on the first pass.

Attach a screenshot if you have one. Tell us which macOS the home computer runs, and whether you were on a computer or an iPhone/iPad.

Suggest a feature

Start with the thing you were trying to do, then the change you'd like. There is often a neater route neither side has spotted.
